ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Kafigi Jeje is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Business Management at the Institute of Accountancy Arusha in Tanzania. From November 2022 to October 2025, he served as a Research Associate at the DHET-NRF SARChI Chair in Entrepreneurship Education, University of Johannesburg, and from October 2023 to September 2025, as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Faculty of Economic and Management Sciences, North-West University, South Africa. He earned his PhD (Management) from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. Jeje’s research focuses on entrepreneurial strategies, growth strategies, innovation, and the business environment.
